Four accepted and upcoming papers in 2021

Good news at the end of the year: Four new full papers (co-)authored by our group have been accepted for publication to appear in 2021.
CHI'21: We will present three papers at the ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI), the largest and most prestigious conference in our field. The papers are about several topics at the intersection of HCI and AI:
- Writing emails with a neural language model in the loop
- Dialogue elicitation for voice assistants
- A visual analytics tool which maps latent spaces of full body gesture data for interactive exploration
IUI'21: We will present another paper at the ACM Conference on Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI), a key specialised conference focusing on the intersection of HCI and AI.
- Our paper reviews assumptions about user questions in the literature on interactive AI that is explainable, transparent, etc. - and proposes a conceptual framework for discussing such properties.
- A preprint is already available on arXiv.
